Established in Jussy since 2005 les soeurs lumière History The corporation les sœurs lumière sa was created by Pierre Bovet and Pierre Gautier in 2005 to manufacture and market lighting appliances and furnitures designed by the two Pierres during the last 10 years. Starting with projects and prototypes accumulated during several years, a first collection is presented in automn 2004 at the Valencia Fair. There are very few standarts in the work of les soeurs lumière as the models are adaptated in shape, colors and dimensions to the requirements of a demanding clientèle and their beautiful homes. Personality of les sœurs lumière The creations of les soeurs lumière distinguish themselves thanks to three properties, functionality, aesthetics and unexpectedness - in other words, they illuminate, move and amaze. From the start on the lamps use original technologies such as the serial assembly of the bulbs to avoid the disgrace of transformers. Nowdays the new creations make extensive use of lights produced by leds and halogen sources.
